best. This intro- spection and clarity
will take you into second stage.
Do - Do those things you do best. Use your gifts and talents in a way that help others touch people in meaningful ways. Leave a lasting legacy. This takes you to third stage.
Have - Have a life not just a lifestyle. A life oriented around what’s most important to you. A life spent with those who matter most to you. A life with financial rewards for doing what you love to do.
How to identify and eliminate what drains you.
What
drains you the things you put up with, the things that bug you, and the things
you have neglected. What drain you can be little things and big
things. These things are what I call the
physical, mental, and emotional clutter in your life. They hold you back and are a huge drain on
your energy level. You simply don’t have
the space or the capability
to bring new things into your
mental, emotional and physical
environment all because your life is packed, full of clutter. Eliminating what drains you is one of the
first thing one must do.
Start by making a list of 5 things that are draining you in each of these areas, work, home and relationship, Be specific about what you are putting up with what or who is bugging you and what you are neglecting and putting off then ask yourself “ Am I willing to start eliminating what drains me ?” if your answer is “yes” , then do whatever it takes to eliminate those things this may seem overwhelming at first but stick with it, the rewards are worth it. One by one, clear the clutter and create new space you will enjoy the lighter load.
How to be irresistibly
attractive
Being
irresistibly attractive is about energy.
It’s about your energy and the energy of the people with whom you relate.
We all are energy fields, energy is all around us. Its invisible, it’s real, and it’s very
powerful. And it’s your energy that directs how you live success ….
from inside out. Think of it this way
your energy extents out around you and bumps up against the person next to
you. The person’s energy next to you
bumps up against you and your energy.
Think about someone you know who is very needy or someone who has lots of problems what kind of people do you think they attract and have around them? Right they attract other needy people or people with lots of problems. Because of the negative energy they are putting out, they are actually repelling the kind of positive, successful people they’d like to be around.
Notice the kind of energy you are putting out into your world. It is positive or negative? Remember that “ like attracts like “ if you are not happy with what’s coming back to you, then take a look at the kind of energy you are putting out there to begin with in the form of your thoughts, words attitudes and actions.
Your life is a mirror that reflects back to you what you have put out into the world. Make sure you are sending out what you want back.
Listening to your inner
voice

it all starts with listening.
Listening to what that still small voice within you is
saying, that voice is coming to you
straight from your heart
and its very
wise it has all the answers if only you would just listen to it.
Begin
to practice listening to your inner voice
Every morning take 5 minutes before you start your day
to set & reflect, meditate.
Get comfortable, don’t think. And
if morning isn’t the best time for
you then do it in the
evening before you go
to bed you will be more
relaxed and happy.
Your body wisdom speaks: Are
you listening
Another
way to listen to your self is to check in with your body wisdom. The easiest way is to begin noticing how you
are breathing. Is it with shallow or full breaths? If shallow, ask yourself what’s
stressing you what you are angry about?
Or what you are afraid of? Take 3 to 5 deep
breath (or more to return
your breathing to normal, then
figure out what’s its all
about and take the appropriate actions.
Why it is important to participate
in Flow activities
Flow
activities are the enjoyable things we do in life. When we
participate in a flow activity
time stand still, our minds are freed up, and a space opens
where our self conscious thoughts can come to the
surface.
How often we keep mulling over a problem and just can’t come up with a solution no matter how long or how hard you try to do so ? And when you do something that is relaxing and fun, the answer magically appears in your consciousness. Like my one of favorite flow activity is writing when I set down to write. . I lose complete track of time. As a matter of fact , I often set my time to remind me to eat or make sure I leave on time for other commitments. If I don’t forget to eat or I am late for my appointment this is what happens with flow activities . You are so consumed by the activity that you are totally oblivious to what’s happening around you.
This one is an interesting read. In our stressful lives we forget the simple things that can keep ourselves bind with us properly. We generally forget that before knowing other know yourself. It is one of the most important thing to let loose the pressure one has in his mind. Which you can also call unwinding. Unwinding is important as it will keep ones mental clarity intact. More over it is also very important to let go of the clutters in life that is increasing the negativity in one. Time never stands for anyone, there is a saying time and tide waits for none, so it is best to change with time and every experience in life gives us maturity to hold the self in you. More over as you have said be attractive it is also a fact it best to keep oneself attractive physically and mentally to feel good inside. It may not be for others to see but for you to feel on top of the world every morning one wakes up. More over I personally experienced that if the negative people are removed from life, specially the ones who have made me cry, when they are sidelined then why to remain angry with anyone. The negativity is gone. It is best to be positive and not to let the negative person come back at all and even if the person comes back then I should keep my cool and positive feelings high. There fore I have learned to say Grand as Ever when ever I talk to people. Now this is my personal experience. I feel that if people can bring this thing in them then they will lead a much better life.
