LEARN TO DISAGREE WITHOUT BEING DISAGREEABLE




Managers have a stated responsibility for creating a positive work culture conducive for physical and emotional well being of subordinates.

Managers must lead the staff in practicing polite and courteous behaviors in everyday interactions.  

Following are ways managers can motivate subordinates to become mindful of their behaviors:-
          
            Allowing differences to be aired
           
            Inspiring them to communicate openly without fear and reprisal
             
            Holding all employees accountable for their behaviors and action  

Explain that  in “:Team based  work  Environment  it is  not  just individual  skills     that  count but  also  the ability  to work well with others matters

Use right courteous and considerate behavior that can help you forge strong inter personal relationships

Always think how you can even in small way create positive and pleasant interactions for the people you work with.

Address people  with courtesy  while  giving  advice,  instructions  conducting  meetings, delegating  works  or while  making  light conversations.

Be mindful of others time and territorial.  Never invade  anyone personal  space  uninvited
