The Positive effects of counting your blessings.  

Blessings are those things that contribute to your happiness.  They come to you every day in many ways like good    health, work you enjoy, people who love you, a free country, a safe place to live.  These are obvious blessings.  Some are quite subtle like leaves radiating their color on a bright sunny full day, a smile from a stranger, the sweetness of small child, coworker surprising you with coffee just when you needed.

Gratitude is giving thanks and showing appreciations   for all the blessings that come your way.  Gratitude opens your heart so that you can feel lighter & happier.  It opens up you up to more joy.

Count your blessings regularly and watch the positive in your life eland           

How to acknowledge others often

Acknowledgement is different from compliments.  A compliment is about you and your opinions.   I really  enjoyed  your speech  today “ where as acknowledgement  are about  the other person  and who  they are like  “ your courage  to remain  committed to your dream  is inspiring  to us all “

People love to be acknowledged because it’s all about them and who they are.  Being acknowledged helps people to   flourish and thrive and it inspire them to do more.

Acknowledge two people   each day at work or at home.  Do it for next seven days or until it becomes a habit make their day and yours too

What you focus  on gets  bigger   

What  you  think about, comes  about  where  you put your  attention  happens, what you  focus  on gets  bigger. Thoughts  can be  very  sneaky  Just  when you  think you are thinking  positive  thoughts  you  find they are actually negative.  Success from the inside out means giving yourself empowerment messages regularly so you can stay on track.

Rest in solutions, “A creative Approach to problem solving    

Dwelling on problems is a time waster and an energy drainer.  It is also a habit.  And definitely not the way to live success from inside out.  When you dwell on problem, you are ineffective and non –productive.  Recognize when there is   a problem and what   caused it get by going over and over the details, you bog yourself down.   Keeping your attention on the problem is like crawling through the muck to get to the other side.  You will eventually get there yet it will be with great effort and frustration.

There is a better way; it’s called “resting in solution. Then you get trapped into creative thinking and begin to brainstorm.  You attention is put on all the possible solutions you can think of. By resting in these solutions, the possibilities, the best one will reveal itself to you so you can take positive action.

Resting in solutions generates a velocity and a momentum that energizes you to get your creative juices flowing. It is  a catalyst  to  propel you above  and  beyond   the  problem  into  the realm of  possibilities  and creative solutions.
There are up to 25 different ways to solve a problem.

The job of Moseying May berry style

Moseying is very much lacking in our current life style, It’s close to becoming extinct, having been replaced with the “hurry sickness”.

It takes courage to step out the human race.  You can start by slowing down.  Walk slower, speak slower, drive slower, eat slower. Relish each moment rather than thinking about what is next.  Take  your time, move at the  leisurely pace,  turn  off your phones  you will  feel  the  difference  in  how you  feel just by doing  these few things.
