GUIDELINES TO PREPARE RESUME

A common mistake is to enumerate their experience in the form of duties performed or responsibilities handled.

Focus on the end result rather than only actions. Accomplishments are the point that makes your   resume interesting and attractive.  An employee looks for excellence and not basic adherence to duties.

Depending on the specific requirement of the job move the most relevant skill higher up the order in your list.
