Individual Motives
The
right team is made by right individuals.
The team leader has to get the right man for the right job. If an error is made in the selection of key
members, the team cannot accomplish the mission.
The
interest of any individuals in a team should never exceed the interest of the
team. Any individuals having potential
to go by his interest only should not be included in the team or rather be
dropped in case team wishes to succeed.
The
best man for accomplishing the task may not be the one with the best capability
or seniority, but the one with the greatest respect and commitments for the
task and the team.
