High Performers not Averse to Risk Taking



1.      It is wrong to presume that they have superior skills and talents which make them first rate performers.

2.      High performers succeed because of their ability to make choices at  right time and their conscious projection of the excellent work, do make the difference. Their drive to surpass expectations and excel in every work can be inspiration to others.

3.      Tooting your own horn is necessary to get ahead in the corporate world however they are careful not to make this showing off border on arrogance, but ensures the message gets across.

4.      Believe in high level of performance every time, no matter how harder or difficult the external circumstances may be.

5.      Believe in letting others know how good they are and the positive feedbacks they get provides them the impetus to continue the same level of performance and sustain their success.

6.      They know the art of showing in a subtle way and rarely blinded by their own success.  They are aware that real value is created by achievements and not just by talking.

7.      They do not rest on their laurels but are constantly striving for further achievements/improvements.

8.      They strive to refine their skills and talents, while strictly following the rules and norms.

9.      They welcome uncertainly. They are comfortable handling unexpected changes and uncertain eventualities.

10.    Setback does not unnerve them.  They see them opportunities to strive.

11.    They are adept to act, handling risky situations.

12.    They like to try out new things and come up with innovative ideas.

13.    They express their skills, talents and attributes through their work and create the right impression and value.  Their action validates their words.
