Dealing with Critics

Every idea and concept has to endure criticism before it is assimilated into practice.
Address every concern with patience and professionalism to convince others.
Handling critics becomes easier when you approach to the subject and the process is objective.

Do not attach your personal emotions to the idea or get affected by the comments of the critics during the discussion.

Resist engaging in personal attack to silence competition.  Self control, clarity and objectiveness are the keys to dealing with critics effectively.

Understand and respect others view point.  Acknowledge valid points and then explain your way.

Talk in detail with reasons.  This will help you to enhance and demonstrate your competence.

Some advice dealing with critics:-
