Fitness Tips



Tip 1

You don’t need to spend hours in a gym.

Your body needs only 30 to 45 minutes exercise.

Even that is four to six times a week.

Every day has 24 hours, so be little smart at time management and a bit more persistent.

Tip 2

Pick any exercise you like.  Walking, yoga, aerobics, dancing, gyming, playing an energetic game outdoor.

Do it for 21 days then another 21 you will find you do have the time on day 22, 23, 24 because it has become a habit.

You have just shown your mind, who is the boss and your body is responding

Not only will you notice a difference in how you feel, your body will start responding in small yet noticeable ways.

Initially only you will know. you will be able to bend a little further push yourself little harder.  Stay focused for longer.
