In Adverse situation Calmly Focus on Present Future

Accept   things the way they are.

Avoid going to extreme of being highly optimistic or pessimistic.

Being positive can raise false   hopes and can give you a false perception of your problems.

Thinking negative can give rise to unwanted fears and make you depressed.

Taking a realistic middle path will be the right thing to do.

When things are going   well one gets complacent and is reluctant to change the situation.  But a adverse  situation  can be the  right time  to asses and decide  on a  new  course  of action.  Viewing  your   present situation  as a  starting  point  for  making  a change  will help  you forget  the past and  focus  on the  present  and the  future.

The best way to deal   with adversity is to take action, rather than do nothing.  Having the right perspective and doing the right thing will help you tackle difficulties with confidence.
