WHEN ANGER MOUNTS, DELAY REACTION TIME



·         Anger at workplace is not limited to you.

·         Anger can damage your carrier prospects.

·         Valuable time and effort of many people have to be wasted to bring the situation under control.

·         Interpersonal relationships are damaged and the team work gets affected adversely.

·         Anger creates ripple effect if not handled properly negative feelings and emotions. Physical activity paper helps you with this. So when you are angry first deal with yourself.

·         Do not react right at the moment

·         Understand other person’s perspective. You will become more tolerant.

·         If you feel you have become a victim of unreasonable expectations, use your imagination

·         Try to drive some humor out of the dialogue or action of the other person. Do not show it off lest of irritates the person more.

·         You cannot suppress anger for a long time. If you try you will feel defeated and depressed

·         Anger brings with a tremendous energy.
