Argue rationally

Be non-verbal

facial expressions to influence the other person.

Do not sound
complaining or rude when pointing out others inaccuracies.
Write it
·
When it is
difficult to handle the other person face to face

Write what you
want to tells what you feel or what you propose solution.
·
Ask your friends
to read it to recheck that it is appropriate. Rephrase it if needed.
·
This will be a
proof of your communication.
Anger can be uncontrollable, but its demonstration definitely is. Devise
your mechanism to handle it.
hmmm good food for thought....I shall share this one with my staff tomorrow, as a few of them are having anger and frustration issues with one another and these bullets are sound advice.
