Share details but don’t overwhelm to clarity. Do not use jargon. Be positive
and motivate subordinates to forge into new ground. Keep the info available in
digital format for clarification.

Do not under communicate;
it is worse than no communication. Ensure no important point is skipped.
Describe workflow in detail. Discuss relevant process and procedures. Talk
about support system to deal with obstacles and failures. Set goals and
communicate them. Cover the HR aspect. Highlight the roles of individuals,
teams and departments involved Encourage to understand each other’s
perspective. Build a common terminology for communication.

Take ideas, for
an idea to produce the desired results it has to go through small health
skepticism. In the process it will be reviewed, altered and fixed. This is
possible only in two way communication. Employees are humans with knowledge,
experience, persona, intelligence, pride and instinct. Management should allow
them to view freely.

Generating good
ideas is first step in improving and the second step is communicating about
them to generate action.
I used this technique today in over communicating our team ideas and feel that it was valuable in getting my team to start their creative engine!
