“NEVER STOP” MINDSET CLEARS WAY FOR INNNOVATION


·         Managers must have ability to assemble teams that can work on ideas from different angles and perspectives. Team members must able to done multiple roles and perform various activities.

·         Innovation is not self-starting or self-perpetuating. People make it happen through their imagination will power and perseverance. Your only path to innovation is through people you really can’t do it alone.

·         Creating a collaborative environment for the team to bring out its talents to the surface is what the manager can do and turn himself to a facilitator.

·         A platform for brainstorming is necessary to generate fresh ideas on the go and make directional corrections. Innovational does not happen at time frame so managers must have patience but never let procrastination set in.

·         Managers must never let go an opportunity to experiment, invent or innovate. They should be able to put to use people in different projects with different roles and derive results.

·         Creativity thrives in collaborative environment and innovation happens when individuals experience the freedom to let their ideas work and flourish.
