Tips for Human Resourse Manager.




Ask employee to volunteer and from a social committee group to organize fun activities.
Organize a bake sale (treat made by employees) and the proceeds can go to charity.
Add up the fun factor by having a “lunch & learn” program with a personal focus on employees learning something new every time.
Employee can organize a potluck or carry their own lunch.
Setting aside sometime for fun in every meeting.
Create a bullets board where fun quotes, fun facts and so on are posted.
Define what is acceptable as fun & humor and what is not acceptable is essential.
Strictly prohibit crude or violent jokes or pranks.
Humor does not mean that all employees should have the ability to tell jokes or fire off clever remarks. It simply means that they should not take them too seriously while keeping a positive attitude.
The work placed need not be a carnival. It should be courteous happy & a positive place to work.
In order that people may be happier in their work, these three things are needed:
 
   They must be tit for tat.
   They must not do too much of it.
   They must have sense of success in it.

One should continue being professional while embracing humor & laughter with gusto.
