routine so that they add value to your life style.
To get accustomed to new habit you should enjoy doing it.
Explore easy ways of doing the task.
Always keep in mind what benefit you are going to drive out
of it.
Do not get bogged down by failure and give up the effort.

potential obstacles and provide motivations to keep you going.
