  1. I wish every potential applicant read and took this simple information to heart. So often I find that applicants have done no research on the job posted, the company and are not prepared with a basic resume or copies of their documentation including license, legal work permit papers, certifications. It takes 15 seconds to make a first impression, so remember that as you walk with the interviewer to the office area to be interviewed. By the time you sit down, you have most likely already been sized up. Eye contact, steady voice, and thoughtful answers are what I look for in addition to skill set match. I use behavioral interview questions that focus on actual events and forces the applicant to tell real story of events that show me how they behave in situations like conflict, difficult stressful situation, crisis, high customer satisfaction. Great advise for those new to the work force! Happy interviewing!
