Approach everything step
by step using short term goals.
Having met one goal set another
reasonable goal.
Each success must lead to the next one.
Approach with end in mind.
Never be afraid to ask anybody anything.
Don’t Think About Future.
Be aggressive nothing
can be achieved by being passive.
Any fear is illusion.
Failure must make you try harder the next
time.
Think positive and find fuel in failure.
Greatest invention in the world had
hundreds of failures before inventing.
Just release and perform, forget about
the outcome.
You cannot control anything anyway.
Overcome Obstacles
If you run into a wall, don’t give
up.
Figure out how
to climb it, go through it or work around it.
Stick to your
plan.
Never resort to
shortcuts.
Gain success the
longest way.
Society tends to glamorize individual
success without considering the entire
process.
Managers like coaches, have to
find ways to utilize individual talents in the best interests of the company.
It’s a selfless process.
Talent wins games, but team work and
intelligence win championships.
You
can’t skip fundamentals if you want to be best, the fundamentals never change.
Needs to be monitored and the
level of everything you do will rise.
Lead By Example
Do
not motivate by talking alone.
Words can never mean as much as action.
A picture carries a thousand words.
A leader has to earn the title.
You are not the
leader just because you’re the best player in the team, the smartest person in the class or the most
popular. No one can give you that title either you have to gain the respect of
those around by your actions.
Be consistent in your approach.
Those around you have to know what to
expect.
Those around you have to be confident
about you when things get tight.
A leader can’t make excuses.
There has to be quality in everything you
do.
Should be
willing to certain scarifies of individual goals for the good of the teams.
Leader has past success and isn’t afraid
of taking the chance to lead others.
Leaders stand up for their beliefs and
hold on to there convictions.
