Perpetual worry will get us to one place ahead of time, the cemetery.

As the period of worrying increase, the mind gets tuned to worry about everything.  Eventually you begin to think negatively and develop victim consciousness.  So worry only increase worrying.

When you are worried about something you cannot focus properly on your work.  As a result you become, slow in efficient and commit mistakes that extend your list of issues to worry about.  You lose control on what you are talking and how you are behaving and spoil relations ships.

Worry often leads to anxiety.  Together they affect one’s physical and mental health.  Constant worry and anxiety can subject to headaches, insomnia, high blood pressure and muscle tension.

Remedy

Things /events beyond control should not be worried upon.  Enjoy and avail the present to the maximum extent.

First reach the state of coherence.  This stage is where the heart, mind and other elements of the body are in balance and you feel relaxed.

Be open, think positive and act with confidence.

Appreciation for what you have is important to keep worrying at bay.  It includes positive and rational thinking.
