A positive attitude towards change can prove that there are good opportunities of personal growth and organizational success. Merger, acquisition, joint venture, takes over or reorganization are common in any organizations efforts to grow and survive.
Following are few suggestions to cope up with approaching organizational changes.

ADAPTABILITY
Learn to adapt to the change quickly.
Find out about the external forces / factors affecting your progress because of forth coming changes.
Update yourself with latest development.
Anticipate changes & get ready to deal with worst.
Be open to new technological, processes & procedures.
Be psychological & emotionally prepared for embracing change.

SHARE FEELING
Change initiatives usually cause anger, sadness and anxiety.
Share your feeling with others and empathizing with others can make it little easier.
Change is a great opportunity to grow. Welcome it and make full use of it.

Give all you can, even if returns are not commensurate to your contributions.

EXPECTATION
