Perpetual worry will
get us to one place ahead of time, the cemetery.
As the period of
worrying increase, the mind gets tuned to worry about everything. Eventually you begin to think negatively and
develop victim consciousness. So worry
only increase worrying.

worry and anxiety can subject to headaches, insomnia, high blood pressure and
muscle tension.

Things /events beyond
control should not be worried upon.
Enjoy and avail the present to the maximum extent.

heart, mind and other elements of the body are in balance and you feel relaxed.

positive and act with confidence.

you have is important to keep worrying at bay.
