· “You got to take the good with the bad,” If it weren’t for my sorrow, “ I would never really enjoy my happy times “- such statements are nothing more than propaganda. They are partially truthful ideas all mixed up into false self-notions by the intimate enemy.
· Things are not always what they seem.
· Truth can take us out of any unhappy condition because it knows that psychological suffering is based only on our mistaken ideas about ourselves.
· The nature of the rain is the same, but it makes thorns grow in the marshes and flowers in the gardens.
· What is about us that is vulnerable to being hurt by anything someone else does? With just this one question in mind, that person’s action is no longer the issue. The issue is what is happening with in us.
· People places and events all change. And as they go so does our sense of security, leaving a permanent sense of well being. There cannot be a permanent anchor in this physical world of ours because the sea of time dissolves everything. Something permanent exists above the present level of existence.
