Boost Your Self Confidence by Conscious Effort

Confidence is important for building and maintaining good relationship with others.

Building confidence is a twofold path that includes affirmations and building competence.
Learn to live with failure.   Do not bother about mistakes.  Learn from your mistakes and move on.

Don’t try to be perfect.  Bring forth your brave front and give the best you can.  Collect all the information you can and take a decision without bias.

Commit to your   decisions.  More you shift your decisions, the more you lose confidence in your knowledge, competence, decisions making ability and determination.

Act brave.  Any sign  of self  doubt,  the other  person  might take  advantage  of it and  confront  you emotionally.  The signs that you lack courage can damage your subordinates self confidence.

Affirmations have tremendous impact on the mindset of the person.  whenever you feel  low or  have to accomplish  some difficult  task  write  down  positive  statement  about yourself  and read them.

Make it a habit to say positive things about yourself, at least once every day.  Tell  that you are  willing  to learn  everything  that would  help  you  improve  capabilities  and  quality  of life.

Affirmation yield expected results only when they are combined with actions.  So consistently strive to improve your competence.

More difficulties you deal with, more courageous and confident you would be.

Do not lose any chance      that could help you develop and grow.
