Friendship

Friendship is not important with whom you have it.

THE MATRYDOM OF HUSAIN

Banu Teem)                 Two counter revolutionary movement  crushed

                                   by Abu Bakar.

Umar (10 yrs)               Emergence of false prophet and refusal to pay

(Banu Adu)                  Zaka (religious tax)  to khalifa (Caliph).

Usman (12 yrs)            Problem started here (Fitnatun Qubra)

(Banu Umayya)

Ali (5 yrs)                    Continuously at war (1 lakh Muslims killed) between

                                  Shiyaane Islam and Shiyaane Ali).

                                  Khwariji’s planned to kill three people, Ali, Muavia

                                  and Anas. Anas and Muavia escaped. Ali was

                                  wounded and killed.

                                  Ali did not nominate anyone.  Only said when asked,

                                  check if Hasan can be followed by people or not.

                                  Hasan becomes Kalifa.

                                    

Hasan                       Muavia stormed against Hasan.  Agreed on all

(06 months)               conditions of Hasan on a blank paper.  Usurped

                                khilafat (Caliphate) by force.

                                    

Amir Muavia              Islam united once again. 20 yrs of peace and

(20 Years)                 prosperity. Islam spread till Afghanistan, Turkey

                                and Roman empire

                               Alhe sunnat wal Jamal did not approve /recognized Muavia

               as khulafa- ye- rashida because he was neither nominated   

               by any khalifa nor elected by people. He took khalifat 

               by force.

                              Muavia Nominated Yazid as wali- ahad (successor) after 10

                              years of usurping khilafa . Everybody accepted accept

                              following :-

                                                    Son of Abu Bakar        -           Abbas

                                                    Son of Ali                   -           Husain

                                                    Son of Umar               -           Abdulla

                                                    Son of Anas                -           Zubair

                                                    Son of Abdul Rehman  -           Sahala

  

Yazid                             Abbas and Abdula accepted yazid’s

                                     bait (accepted Yazid as khalifa).

                                    Husain and Zubair challenged yazid and

                                    both took refuge in Mecca.

                                    Difference of opinion arose between

                                    Zubair and Husain.

                                    Zubair’s view – stay in Mecca and fight.

                                    Husain’s followers view – move to kufa.

                                    Hussain moves to kufa against everyone’s

                                    advise (even after Aquil’s killing by the governor

                                    of kufa) only to support Aqil’s son insistence to

                                    revenge his father’s death.

                                    Shimr the new governor of Kufa, a cruel man

                                    killed 20 men (Banu Hashim) and left the women

                                    and sick in the total of 72 people. He also burnt

                                    the Husain’s camp.

                                   Zubair ruled in Mecca for nine years.                              

LESSON : FIGHT FOR RIGHT IRRESPECTIVE OF CONSEQUENCES.
